Day-of Coordination

By far, the most stressful time of planning a wedding is in the 6-8 weeks leading up to the big day. If you decided to plan your own wedding, but you want to make sure that all of your details are taken care of, this is the perfect package for you.   Blush & Co. will meet with you a couple of months before your special day to discuss how you envision your wedding and reception to be. We’ll go over everything from your wedding day timeline, your venue floor plan and, we’ll even help to put together an emergency contact list. That way, you can take some of the pressure off of yourself so that you can enjoy special moments like your final dress fitting, and so you can find time to pamper yourself and spend time with your family and friends.   What about the day of your wedding? That’s the other wonderful part about this package! Even if you don’t “officially” have a wedding planner in place, our team will be present on the day of your wedding to make sure that everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

Full Planning & Design

Years of experience, connections with vendors and the ability to conceptualize your ideas  comes with choosing a reputable wedding planner.  Which means you are ultimately able to stick to your budget and alleviate a lot of the stress that comes with trying to plan a wedding on your own. This is just what Blush & Co. is able to do for you. Should you choose to go with our full planning and design package, we assure you that you'll receive the ultimate white glove experience. We will guide you through the entire process, keeping you on track---and on budget---while eliminating any fears or concerns that you might have. This particular package includes everything from venue and vendor recommendations, contract negotiations, design and décor development, timeline creation, and so much more! We will also be on-site the day of your wedding, so that everything goes off without a hitch. The way we see it, it’s our job to do the work. It’s your job to simply enjoy the wedding day of your dreams with your spouse and loved ones.

South Asian Weddings

Only someone who’s had a South-Asian wedding can truly understand what a relief it is to have access to a wedding planner who specializes in putting one together. Although all weddings require lots of time and attention, South-Asian weddings take that need to an entirely new dimension!   We say this because these types of weddings typically feature several different events. From the Haldi ceremony (application of a turmeric paste on the bride and groom) and the Sangeet (the pre-party before the wedding day) to the Mehndi ceremony (when the bride and groom are adorned with henna paint) and the Jai Mala (when the couple adorns one another with floral garland)---it’s literally like having several weddings all rolled into one.   We at Blush & Co. take pride in knowing that not only do we understand what South-Asian weddings require, we also have firsthand experience on how to make them happen beautifully and flawlessly.

Fusion Weddings

Something that is becoming more and more popular are fusion weddings. If you’re not familiar with what they are, it’s when two individuals who come from two different cultures and/or religions, fall in love and literally decide to “fuse” their lives together. One way that they publicly express this decision is on the day of their wedding.   While initially, this may not seem much different from other standard wedding days, fusion weddings require even more intricate planning along with quite a bit of negotiating. Both families’ cultures, traditions, opinions and even budgets must be taken into consideration. Something as simple as a color can represent one thing in one culture and something entirely different in another. A reputable wedding planner takes these kinds of details into account.   Blush & Co. is knowledgeable in cultivating ways to bring a couple’s culture and/or religion in a way that is beautifully reflected without compromising their values or perspectives in any way.

Consultations

If there are two things an engaged couple are most concerned about during the wedding planning process, it’s finding the time and the money (not necessarily in that order) to have the wedding of their dreams. If you’re not exactly looking to hire a wedding planner per se, but you would like a professional’s assistance on certain aspects such as finding the perfect venue, the best vendors for your budget, or creating a detailed timeline, our team can assist you. We will do all of the leg work and provide you with the tools during an in-person meeting so you can be on your way to planning your perfect wedding! Our consultation fee is $150 for the first hour and $50 for every subsequent hour.
